Year 1 – Complimentary Replacement & Shipping
During the first year of ownership, if any covered component is found to have a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will provide replacement parts completely free of charge, including shipping costs within Australia.
Year 2 & Year 3 – Complimentary Replacement Parts
During the second and third years, replacement parts for eligible warranty claims will continue to be provided free of charge. Customers are only responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
