Change of Mind Returns

At NORVÉL, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you change your mind after receiving your order, we may accept a return subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals and labels must be included.

The chair must not have been assembled, modified or damaged after delivery.

Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, stains or missing components will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for any applicable restocking and handling fees.

NORVÉL reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.


Restocking & Handling Fees

For approved change-of-mind returns:

A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply.

Additional handling or repackaging charges may apply where necessary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.


Faulty or Damaged Products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or fails to perform as expected under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any transport damage is identified and provide:

Photos of the packaging.

Photos of the damaged product.

Order information.

A description of the issue.


Bulk Orders

All wholesale, trade and commercial orders are subject to separate agreements and may not be eligible for standard change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Important Notice

NORVÉL reserves the right to refuse returns where:

Products have been used.

Products are incomplete or damaged.

Products are returned without original packaging.

Products have been improperly assembled or modified.

Return conditions have not been satisfied.

By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
